Warrior Way Gives shares sport, faith and the love of Jesus Christ with under resourced and overlooked communities locally and around the world.
Paul and Marci Jobson have dedicated their lives to applying their faith in sport as professional players and collegiate coaches. They have witnessed time and again how playing with the heart of Jesus transforms individuals, teams and communities. But their passion is not confined to athletics. Ultimately, their desire is to do kingdom training on the field to produce kingdom living off the field, to see the athletes they coach lead meaningful lives in all they do. Paul and Marci live in Waco, Texas and are blessed with their own team of four boys.

Waco Community Impact
We host festivals that focus on faith, food, and soccer in under resourced communities in the Waco area. We teach community members to live courageously and experience the gift of God’s presence in their lives through trials and triumphs of sport. Gifts to our General Fund help support this program and others like it.

International Development
Bi-annually, we train Guatemalan kids, players, and coaches from under resourced villages. We focus on hosting community soccer tournaments, training local coaches and engaging in fellowship. We build critical community non-profit partnerships for long term global impact. Gifts to our Guatemala Fund directly support this program.

After School Program
We partner with local Waco schools to train kids in our pillars of work, serve and skill through an 8-week semester session. Gifts to our General Fund help expand this program and others like it.

Kingdom Partners
We are blessed to hire coaches with special needs. Our program is focused on providing job training, life skills, and work opportunities. Gifts to our Kingdom Partners Program directly support this program and hiring additional coaches.
KINGDOM CAMPS
Kingdom Camps create opportunities for communities to come together through the sport we love. As we take the field together, we are empowered to cross racial, economic, and social barriers using the game of soccer. In addition to playing the beautiful game, Kingdom Camps provide space to share a meal and tell our stories of grace and love through Jesus Christ. We desire to partner with churches and organizations that are already living life and working alongside communities to be part of the God’s mission in Waco and other cities across the U.S.
INTERNATIONAL IMPACT
God’s mission is by no means confined to the U.S., and the Warrior Way applies to more than just Americans. Our hope is that the Warrior Way can go global! We want to take the good news of Jesus Christ to the ends of the earth, and with your support, we will go around the world with teams of families and young athletes to serve international communities through sport. It is our desire to play with, coach, serve, and learn from our global neighbors through the universal language of sport.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Warrior Way is a Soccer program that merges faith and sport by teaching spiritual and character-building lessons through competition. We desire the Warrior Way to be accessible to those who cannot afford the financial cost of participation. Warrior Way Gives provides the means for young athletes to engage in the program for a free or reduced rate.
